Come share, pass on knowledge, and engage in dialogue

For exhibitors / artisans / project leaders:

The Yelen Festival is much more than just a cultural event: it is a space for encounters, exchanges, and sharing, where bonds are forged between peoples, generations, and traditions. Each year, it welcomes a curious, warm, and diverse audience eager to explore human and artistic discoveries.

We invite anyone with specialized skills, artisanal expertise, cultural traditions, everyday artistry, or a commitment to solidarity to come share their world with the festival audience.

Whether you’re a craftsperson, an artist, or a keeper of culinary traditions, ancient rituals, traditional crafts, or community initiatives, you’re welcome to:

– Share your expertise
Be at the heart of the festival
Create a space for people to come together
Introduce others to your culture
Run a booth
Lead a workshop
Showcase a craft
Present your world
Demonstrate your commitment
Offer an experience to the public

You can set up your space starting on Thursday, September 11, or Friday, September 12, depending on your availability, so you can fully participate in this community celebration, which will run through Sunday, September 14, at 5:00 p.m.

We are looking for people who are willing to:
– Present their work in a lively way and be open to dialogue;
– Be present for the entire duration of the festival, until Sunday at 5 p.m.;
– Set up a booth, lead an activity, host a demonstration, or simply share a moment with others.

The Yelen Festival offers a venue in a vibrant, colorful, and welcoming setting at the heart of an event dedicated to community, cultural diversity, and intergenerational exchange.
